Digital Product Refunds

Since EstateERP is a cloud-based digital software service, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical issue that prevents access or proper usage of the software and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors confirmed by our support team.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Include your account details, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions or services that have already been fully delivered or accessed by the user.

  • Refund requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility period.

  • Issues arising from incorrect usage, unsupported systems, or third-party integrations not provided by EstateERP.

Returns

Since EstateERP is a digital service, physical returns are not applicable. All features and tools are delivered electronically through your account dashboard.
